We coordinate all pre-event logistics and on-site needs for one or multiple sponsor partners. This can include everything from the creation of partner activation layouts to parking, signage, rentals, permits, and more.
On-Site Management
From pre-event planning and on-site management to the final load-out, our staff will be there to personally ensure each sponsor’s experience is positive and streamlined.
Client Communication
We view ourselves as an extension and seamless operating arm of our client. We provide detailed status updates, pre to post event reports, and recaps based on client preferences and expectations in a timely, professional manner.
