Grand Ole Opry's 90th Birthday Bash
The Objective
Plan, coordinate, and deliver a trip for CB Old Country Store sweepstakes winners, retailers and executive employees during the Opry’s 90th Birthday Bash in Nashville, TN. Provide guests a one-of-a-kind experience during the 2-day trip to strengthen and continue customer service and retention. In addition to hosting the sweepstakes winners and CBOCS customers, REACH planned and executed an on-site activation during the Birthday Bash.
The Strategy
Connect with the Opryland Hotel to arrange and manage the following: hotel room block, ticket purchase, meet & greets, and on-site activation. REACH was on-site to act as activation managers and on-site contacts for all sweepstakes winners and CBOCS executives. Additionally, the on-site activation consisted of distributing premiums and CBOCS food samples to patrons attending the 90th Birthday Bash activities.
The Result
CBOCS had a successful weekend resulting in an engagement where 4,000 CBOCS branded premiums were distributed; leaving a lasting impression to those attending the event. In conjunction with the on-site activation, CBOCS was able to entertain sweeptakes winners, retailers and executives. REACH continues to have a strong relationship with CBOCS and continues to produce additonal campaigns for them in 2016.
