Biography

Vince Lombardi once famously proclaimed “let me tell you what winning means…you’re willing to go longer, work harder, give more than anyone else.”  By all standards of Coach Lombardi, Amy Bryan is a winner.  Amy’s persistence and dedication to her work has made her a pillar within the music industry.  Her reputation for being creative, detail-oriented and budget efficient, along with her perseverance, has afforded her the privilege of working with Entertainment’s top-performing artists including:  Stevie Wonder, Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, Katy Perry, Blake Shelton, Dixie Chicks, Bon Jovi, KISS, Kenny Chesney, Lionel Richie, Paula Abdul, Jeff Dunham, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Zac Brown Band, Luke Bryan, along with many others.

Amy is a Florida native and a graduate of the University of Florida, where she obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in political science and mass communications. In her current role as the Director of the Talent Buying Division, Amy is charged with acquiring talent for clients representing festivals, charity events, venues and brands, as well as providing logistical and technical production consultation and services.  As a producer of live events, she provides a wide range of services from talent buying and production management to producing events as a whole and managing all on-site logistics.

Amy launched her music business career with Neste Event Marketing, where she immediately owned her role as an entertainment buyer and producer.  Quickly showing promise, her talent was recognized and she was tasked with more responsibility.  Those early challenges afforded her the opportunity to prove herself as a successful, hard-working and dedicated individual while she built trusted working relationships within the industry.  Amy launched into her next role at AEG Live/Moore Entertainment Group and developed a talent buying division for the company. Her current endeavor is with Reach, LLC, an entertainment and experiential marketing company where she maintains notable clients such as The Calgary Stampede.

In 2012, Amy presented Garth Brooks the opportunity to play the 100th Year Anniversary for Calgary Stampede and after months of negotiations, he agreed to play the event. This was his only show outside of Vegas that year which ultimately sold out in a record 58 seconds.  Subsequently in 2014, she booked another artist that was in residency in Vegas to play Calgary Stampede, Shania Twain.  Shania sold out 2 nights in a row, which was the largest sell-out in the history of the Stampede.  To date, these two accomplishments are the highlights of her career.

In order to be successful at her job, Amy finds it necessary to always be at the forefront of the music business.  She is constantly on the lookout for new acts that have the potential for development as well as assessing new product from established artists to determine if a show will be successful months down the road.  What Amy enjoys most in her career is creating an event from its genesis through its transformation into a final well-organized and profitable final production.

Outside of work, her passion lies with serving people in the mission field both foreign and local.  When she’s not traveling, Amy loves being home in Nashville.  She enjoys unwinding with a good book on her balcony overlooking downtown and fellowship with close friends.  Outside of her home, you can find Amy hiking in local parks, water skiing, paddle boarding and of course, attending live shows at any one of the many great Nashville Live Music venues.
